Let’s admit it there’s no substitute for a live voice on the other end of the receiver. Text and email may work for some however it’s not an alternative for client communication. Our team is available 24/7 for you to assist with current reservations and to answer any questions / concerns you may have with scheduling a new booking. Feel free to drop a line at any time.
AIRPORT MEET AND GREET.
Guests are properly met within the terminal on the ground level which shares the floor with baggage claim. Your assigned chauffeur will monitor your flight to assure you are not kept waiting. Upon arrival proceed to the lower level where your chauffeur will be waiting with a name sign.
CHAUFFEUR IDENTITY AND CONTACT.
With the exception of same day bookings reservation assignments are scheduled out to our chauffeur staff the day prior. Text notifications are sent to the mobile number presented on the reservation booking. Your chauffeur will notify you when on route and when he or she has arrived. Text notifications will provide not only the name and mobile number of your chauffeur, the plate number will be provided as well.
